Title:                                     Construction Manager

Duties:                                Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of facade projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and contractual obligations. Coordinate procurement and installation activities for facade systems, liaising with key project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors. Develop and implement qualify control in curtain wall construction and maintenance of structure. Prepare and submit budget estimates. Inspect projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.

Requirements:               Master’s degree in Construction Management or a related field and one year of experience in the offered role or a related role. Prior experience must include: Monitoring the preparation of job cost breakdown by estimating operational costs, technical and resource requirements; Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings and structural specifications to ensure code compliance and technical feasibility; and Inspect construction sites to ensure the appropriate quality control in all the phases (QAQC).

Salary:                                $119,496 per year
