Insulating Glass

Insulating glass is a composite glass product that uses
high-strength structural glue for two or more pieces of
glass to bond the spacer frame containing the desiccant in
the glass into one, and forms a sealed dry gas cavity
between the glasses.

  • Minimum size: 8”X12”
  • Maximum size: 98”X196”
  • Spacer Thickness: 3/8”,1/2”,5/8”,3/4”,7/8”

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is heated to near the tempering point in a tempering furnace, and then cooled rapidly and evenly to form a
uniform compressive stress on the surface, while a tensile stress is formed inside to increase its mechanical strength and
effectively improve the glass’s strength. Wind pressure and impact resistance, improve glass thermal shock resistance.

  • Minimum size: 12”X12”
  • Maximum size: 98”X136”
  • Glass Thickness: 3/16”,1/4”,5/16”,3/8”,1/2”,5/18”,3/4”

HEAT-STRENGTHENED GLASS

The production of heat-strengthened glass adopts a process similar to that of tempered glass, but the cooling rate is slower, so its surface stress is slightly smaller than that of tempered glass. Heat-strengthened glass is obviously superior to ordinary annealed glass in terms of mechanical strength, wind pressure resistance, impact resistance and thermal shock resistance, and is more suitable for framed glass curtain walls. Heat-strengthened glass is not safety glass.

  • Minimum size: 12”X12”
  • Maximum size: 98”X136”
  • Glass Thickness: 5/32”,3/16”,1/4”,5/16”,3/8”,1/2”
  • Total: 1/4”- 2.36”

LAMINATED GLASS

Laminated glass is a composite glass product that is permanently bonded together by two or more pieces of glass
with one or more layers of organic resin film through high temperature and high pressure.

  • Minimum size: 12”X12”
  • Maximum size: 98”X136”
  • Original Glass Thickness: 5/32”,3/16”,1/4”,5/16”,3/8”,1/2”, 5/18”,3/4”

CERAMIC TEMPERED GLASS

The ceramic glass is coated with a layer of ceramic glaze on the
surface of the float glass. After high-temperature heat treatment, the glaze film will be sintered on the surface of the glass and will never fade or fall off. The exterior wall design of modern buildings requires some opaque, semi-permeable, and special-patterned glass, and glazed glass is being used more and more in modern buildings to create a personalized style. The glaze of colored glaze glass has the characteristics of never falling off, no fading, no hygroscopicity, no permeability, easy to clean, easy to match colors, etc.; different colors and patterns can be customized according to customer requirements, and it has a good decorative effect outdoors. It produces different light and shadow effects indoors; the glazed surface can absorb and reflect part of the sun’s heat energy, and has a certain sunshade function; it has the function of shielding, and is widely used in the window shoulder wall.

  • Minimum size: 12”X12”
  • Maximum size: 98”X136”
  • Thickness Range: 3/16”,1/4”,5/16”,3/8”,1/2”,5/18”,3/4”
