Resource
ElivateAmerica has fully automatic warehousing, cutting production lines, world-renowned brand Bystronic insulating glass production equipment, and the double-chamber tempering furnace has the advantages of stable product quality and reduced glass deformation. Improve product quality control. According to production needs, additional production equipment such as edging production lines and homogenization furnaces will be added in the future.
Terminology
Light transmission (TL%)
Percentage of visible light directly transmitted through the
glazing.
Sun factor(g)
Percentage of solar energy transmitted through the glass.
Measures the ability of glass to reduce heating by the sun’s
action. The lower it is, the better comfort inside the
building.
Selectivity
Relationship between light transmission of glass and its
solar control. When the selectivity is greater than 2, it
means that this glass gives you twice as much light as heat.
External reflection( Rle%)
Percentage of visible light directly reflected by the outer
surface of the glass.
Shading Coefficient (SC)
Relationship between the solar control of a glazing and the
solar control of a clear glass between 3 and 4 mm thick
(8.87). The lower this ratio is, the lower the heat gains
and therefore the greater shading provided.
Thermal transmittance (Ug)
Measurement of heat loss by conduction through the glazing.
The lower the Ug value, the better insulating properties.
It is measured in W/m2K.
